It began with a simple vision: to bridge the educational gap and provide every student with the tools they need to thrive. Since our inception in 2005, we have dedicated ourselves to fostering a culture of excellence through innovative programs and unwavering support. One of the main objects of the trust is to serve all sections of the society irrespective of religion, caste or creed, supporting  students and young adults hailing from economically weaker sections of the society. Our journey is defined by a commitment to equity and a passion for lifelong learning, ensuring that no student is left behind in the pursuit of knowledge.
Late Sri. Dr. B. Sridhar, a freedom fighter and an author, was inspired by Swami Vivekananda to take up the cause of spreading knowledge and education as tools of social change. He founded four schools and along with education instilled values and wisdom to thousands of studentsÂ

Smt. Narmada B K, wife of Dr. B Sridhar was the backbone of the institutions. A profilic writer, an accomplished educator and administrator, she was an inspiring personality.
